Each company has a profile at Fairpartners. It provides information and serves as an anchor point for contacts and action.
The profiles have been designed to optimally support “finding and being found.” The 60-second elevator pitch is a key feature. Of course, the profile also contains tags. They function like tags in social networks.
Relevance is the key focus of the search function. Poorly maintained profiles gradually drop toward the bottom of the search result list whereas actively maintained profiles appear in the upper section of the list. You can save search results and create favorites lists of customers. Or suppliers. Or business partners.
Security. What does security really mean for companies? It starts with IT security. Those who process third-party data and information carry a special responsibility. That's why we routinely check and maintain our Fairpartners systems and platform.

Best practices come from the community, not from Fairpartners. Whoever would like to share know-how with the community can do so by submitting it as a PDF and selecting appropriate search tags.
The document is then assigned to the corresponding company profile. Best practices enhance the name recognition and reputation of a company within the community. They also improve the relevance rating of companies in the search result lists.

In a new design, but the content remains unchanged. Of course, we will also keep our promise to store relevant data for an unlimited period of time.
It may be that the procurement platform will embark on a well-earned retirement and will become an archive at some time in the future. But if you browse through it, you’ll be reminded of how everything began.
